TCN staffs a small team of artists trained in the field of computer animation and visualization. State-of-the-art computer applications combined with an exceptional eye for detail are our powerful assets for exceptional visual presentations. TCN visualization team is able to create stunning and accurate visual renderings useful in communicating project plans to aid the understanding of the public and other non-technical persons.

The following renderings are two views of the proposed upgrade of the Traffic Management Center for Ada County Highway District (ACHD) in Boise, Idaho. TCN has been retained to design this upgrade which will also include enhanced communications and video surveillance cameras in downtown Boise City, the capitol of Idaho. This system will initially link to all 90 downtown signalized intersections but will be expandable to cover the additional 200 signals in outlying areas.
