Finally, field evaluation of actual systems and frank discussions with existing users is used to factor in real world experience in aiding the agency to reach a system choice.

To ensure the client agency can consider the widest range of options possible, TCN staff continually stays abreast of new system developments. These include new controller systems such as the NEMA TS-2 controllers, fiber-optic communications systems, spread-spectrum radio communications, video camera systems, and advanced microcomputer features. System Design
When a specific system has been selected, TCN provides all needed planning and design services to bring the project through the implementation stage. Firm staff members plan conceptual system operation details, design detailed interconnect system plans and design system control rooms. TCN prepares plans, specifications and estimates for all required improvements and provides technical assistance for bidding and construction.
